On our second day we had lunch at the winery. Our waiter was a local and told us all about the mine that the winery sat
on top of and the pile of "
tailings" in the middle of the golf course. They used to sled down it as kids!
So, we of course had to climb it! The girls were all for it. This was taken from the top looking back at the winery.
