Cookn' Instructions...

Bella was telling me how she thought I made dessert. There's a prize for anyone who can accurately interpret! I'll post the dialog in a day or two and we'll see if anyone was close!

On the Spit...

We had a nice long bike ride on Sunday at Semiahmoo. It was a nice flat, smooth trail for the girls.

Peyton thought this totem was really "awesome!" because it was painted. Most of the ones she's seen have been just wood, or maybe only a couple of colors.
We looked for shells and pretty rocks...

And we saw these two seals playing in the bay!

Beautiful Morning...

We've been so fortunate to have such beautiful weather this last week. I had to take a couple of minutes and take the girls down to the deck this weekend. Morning is the only time of day it gets sun down there and it was so peaceful.

took mine. Turned out pretty good!
Then we had to have some action! Mommy got her 5 minutes of peace and then the girls took over the activity list. Boy can those girls jump!

Lucky Strike...

We ventured to the metropolis of Bellevue this last weekend. While there we took in some of the local culture. Bowling! Peyton whoopped us all!

Sledding - Part 2...

I had to share some video of sledding! We had so much fun!

Sledding at Baker...

We took the girls up to Baker on Sunday for some sledding. We're warming up to skiing...
It was very steep and there were big jumps at the bottom that we actually caught air on!

We lasted 2 hours! That was about 1 1/2 hours more than Chris and I thought we would!

Bella's Move...

As we all know, Bella is quite the mover! She was showing us her special "work out" moves...

Hokey Pokey...

I took the girls and Peyton's friend Mia roller skating over the break. It was such a blast watching them! We did the Hokey Pokey (who knew they still did that!) and the Limbo! The girls were great sports and participated in all of it!
