Break in the Weather...

We caught a little break in the weather this week. And a break in our overly busy schedule lately to go to the park and have some fun!

Pumpkin Carving...

We carved two of our pumpkins tonight. One Scary and one Happy! Peyton was thrilled and Bella was just very intrigued with the whole thing! All in all - it was a success!

Pumpkin Patch - of sorts....

We finally gave in and realized we were not going to make it to the pumpkin patch with the girls this year. Our weekends have been too busy with the impending house move! So, we went to the grocery store and they picked out 3 great pumpkins. Bella doesn't know yet what she's missing and Peyton got to go to the pumpkin patch at school, so I think they enjoyed it. Peyton can't wait to get them carved. They're cleaned out and we'll carve them tonight. She wants a "scary" face on one and a "happy" face on another.

Pumpkin Patch...

Peyton had her first field trip this week to the pumpkin patch! We had so much fun! Her class has 7 boys and 2 girls including Peyton. Joe the cow greeted us along with some goats, pigs, sheep, geese, bunnies, doves and chickens. The kids had a great time on the train and hay ride to the pumpkin field.

Quiet Morning...

We had a rare quiet morning at home today. The girls entertained themselves under our comforter. It didn't take long for Bella to poke out and think it was too funny!

Shark Attack...

Peyton made this super cute shark hat at the Children's Musem. Bella made a black cat, but unfortunately destroyed it before I could get a picture.

Bribes for pictures...

Peyton does not want her picture taken these days and Bella just won't sit still. So, it's nearly impossible to get them to both cooperate for a nice picture at the same time.

We made it to the park today in the nice weather. It finally warmed up to the mid-upper 50's this afternoon - up from the low 40's this morning. Brrrrrr.......

Run, Jump, Play

The trampoline is still her favorite. They jump down it frontwards, backwards, etc. Here's Peyton on the rope at gymnastics.

Bella's New Do...

Bella has requested to have her hair done the last couple of days. I finally got an o.k. picture of it. She was not cooperating!
